Ready to Adopt?
Found a cavy or rabbit that
you're interested in? Follow the steps below:
- View the
adoption costs
- Read the
terms and conditions
of adoption
- Fill in the adoption
application and send it in via
email or
fax
- Acceptance will be notified by
email
- Viewing of cavies/rabbits
- Adoption of cavies/rabbits (possible
delivery to Wollongong area)
- Sign adoption contract
You are welcome to meet the guinea pigs and rabbits before deciding to adopt them, but please fill out the adoption application and send it in anyway.
Our cavies are to go as
indoor pets only, outside hutches are not acceptable permanent
housing - so many things can go wrong! Cat/dog proofing is
easily done in the home.
We prefer our adopters to have a
C&C cage, or one that
meets the size requirements on the index page of
CavyCages. Email us and
we can tell you about suppliers of the materials needed to make
a C&C cage - you'll be surprised at how much cheaper they are
than a pet-store cage! Fill out the
guinea pig
adoption application, and email or fax it through to us. The

Please note we
don't adopt out to children, we do adopt out to families.
