Adoptable Rabbits
Listings of
available rabbits for adoption. It is preferred for entire
single rabbits to be desexed after adoption, and placed with
another rabbit.
Rabbits are to go to have their primary living space (and spend
the night) indoors.Click on a thumbnail for a larger image.
Bindi is an entire buck, who was hand-raised by us at the rescue. Bindi is a
very friendly boy, who loves exploring and being petted. He'd make a good house
rabbit and he comes up to you for pats. He's quite small and very, very cute!

This adorable couple here are Trevor and Dandelion. Both of these buns are desexed, and are terribly attached. They will only be adopted out as a pair, as they are perfectly suited for each other.
Trevor came to us in not very good shape, but he is now a handsome guy and what we believe to be a Mini Rex.
Dandelion was born here in the rescue, her mum was found dumped on a football field near the national park while pregnant.

Sad-Rabbit is a bit of a sad case. She came here two years ago with 2 other rabbits after being dumped onto a football field. She has been not been treated well before coming here and does not like people.
Sad-Rabbit will probably stay for the rest of her life in the rescue as she wouldn't make a superb pet.
Sad-Rabbit would still love to go to a home where she can have a large run to herself.
Can you turn Sad-Rabbit into a Happy-Bunbun?
Sadly (surprisingly), Sad has been diagnosed with mammary cancer. The outlook
isn't good, but she will live out the rest of her days here at the rescue.

Barley is an entire buck, born at the rescue almost two years ago. He's a bit withdrawn, but if desexed would make a good companion to a doe.

Bonsa is Barley's brother, and he too has been here for a long time - waiting
for a home he can call his own. Bigger than his brother, he would love a large
run to himself or a partner.
